Facebook Ads are a great way to increase engagement and sales for your business, but it’s not always easy to know how best to use them.
Many businesses use Facebook ads to grow their customer base, but some companies may not realize that they can use ClickFunnels and Facebook together to get better results.
In this post, you’ll learn how to use ClickFunnels with Facebook ads, including a few benefits and considerations.
First off, let’s find out what ClickFunnels even is.
What is ClickFunnels?
ClickFunnels is a software platform that helps business owners manage all aspects of their online presence with ease.
Once it’s set up on your website, you can create campaigns for any stage of the funnel, starting from when someone lands on your homepage up to when they make a purchase or sign for your lead capture page.
ClickFunnels provides an easy way to build all the pages needed for your sales funnel, from landing pages and order forms to opt-in boxes.
So how can you use ClickFunnels with Facebook ads? Let’s see how it works.
Why Use ClickFunnels with Facebook Ads?
If you set up your Facebook ads within ClickFunnels, you can easily customize them based on how visitors found your website and what pages they visited while there.
Clickfunnels also allows you to get more information from people who sign up for your email list or buy something on your website.
You can then use this information to send more targeted advertisements to people interested in buying from you based on how they interact with your sales funnel.
Once someone follows an ad, Facebook matches the user with a list of ads later on, so they see products that are relevant to them. This is why you may sometimes see ads for things you recently searched, but how can businesses use this to their advantage?
Here are a few ways how clickfunnels and Facebook Ads can work together:
One way to use Facebook ads is to retarget people who have visited your website but didn’t make a purchase or sign up for your email list.
For example, if you set up an ad on Facebook that directs users to a specific page of yours, you can then create an audience based on how many times they’ve clicked your ad.
Facebook understands that visitors to your website may not be ready to buy yet and browse around when you do this.
To win over potential customers, they use their data about how people interact with ads on their platform to direct them toward something more relevant.
In other words, when someone visits your sales funnel page but doesn’t buy anything, Facebook looks for other ads that they might be interested in.
This can be how you end up with a random ad on your newsfeed for something you’ve never searched for before.
#2. Re-target people on your email list
You may also want to use Facebook for advertising alongside your email list sign-ups. This can help you develop an audience that is already interested in what you have to offer.
This is how you can create an audience of people who have specifically opted to hear from you.
When someone makes a purchase on their website or signs up for a lead capture page, Facebook users will automatically be added to this segment.
So how do you get Facebook users to sign up for your lead capture page?
You can create an ad that offers a discount on their first purchase.
If someone is already interested in buying from you, they’re more likely to sign up!
After they sign up, Facebook may match them with ads for products in your store that are relevant to their purchase history.
#3. Link Facebook ads in ClickFunnels
This is how you can use Facebook to get more leads.
After you create a lead capture page within ClickFunnels, you’ll likely want to be able to add it to your ad campaigns.
This way, people can sign up right then and there if they are interested in one of your products.
ClickFunnels helps you create a landing page for every one of your ad campaigns, so you can direct people on how to buy from there. Once they sign up on Facebook, their information is immediately passed onto the sales funnel since it is set up within ClickFunnels.
Marketing with Facebook Ads and ClickFunnels may seem complicated, but it’s very simple.
Once you’ve set up your sales funnel and ad campaigns within ClickFunnels, you can start bringing in thousands of leads from Facebook every month!
Always be sure to focus on how your business can help people, not making money off them.
How to set up your campaign in ClickFunnels?
To set up your Facebook Ad campaigns in ClickFunnels, follow these steps:
- Click on the “funnels” tab in your left sidebar. Click on an existing funnel or create a new one, and then click on “settings.”
- When you’re in the settings page of your funnel, scroll down to social ads by Facebook. Choose how much you’ll spend per day and how many people you’d like to reach per day, then click “save and continue.”
- When you’re on the funnel settings page, scroll down again until you see how your funnel is connected to social media. Make sure that all of your funnels are set up with this, and then select how long you would like your ad to stay up. Then, click “save and continue.”
- After you’re done with all of that, click on “edit sales funnel” from the settings page of your funnel. Then choose how many leads per day would be a good number for you to get from Facebook Ads. Click “save and continue.”
- After you’ve set how many leads per day, how much you’ll spend every day on ads, how long your ad will run, and how you’d like to target people within Facebook Ads, click on “update settings” in your sales funnel.
- After you’ve done that, your funnel is now set up to how you want it. Ensure that you’re keeping an eye on how well your ad campaigns are doing and how much money they earn every day!
This is how simple it is to set up your ads so they can automatically get imported to ClickFunnels.
Then, ClickFunnels will send little notifications in your funnel to learn how to do something specific. For example, if you need to know how to use the Facebook Pixel with ClickFunnels, it’ll tell you.
ClickFunnels is a great software and worth every penny! It has many features, so it takes time to learn how to use it, but the learning curve is worth all the features we get.
Way better than WordPress and other websites.
Alerts let you set up an email that’ll be sent whenever certain events are triggered in your funnels. This way, whenever someone takes a specific action on your funnel, such as making their first purchase, they’ll get an email that tells them how proud you are of them.
It’s a great way to maintain customer relationships and promote loyalty.
Tips on how to maximize your campaigns
In general, you want to make sure that your funnels are structured, giving people the option to take action.
This way, if someone is interested in a product but doesn’t have the money for it right then and there, they can still sign up. You’ll then be able to contact them later on when they’re ready for that product.
Always give people more than one option for taking action and getting in contact with you, so they feel like they can reach out at their own pace.
Another thing you want to do is make sure your ads are easy to understand. If someone sees an ad on Facebook that looks confusing or overly technical, they’re likely to ignore it.
You always want to make sure your ads are super simple so people will understand them and click on them right away! This is not how you want to be taking action on social media.
Another great tip is to make sure your landing pages are easy to understand and relate directly to how the Facebook ads look.
For example, if you have an ad that says “Get Started in Minutes,” your landing page should also state how simple it is to get started.
Another thing you want to do is make sure that your landing page fits how you advertise it.
As I said before, make sure everything looks how you say it does!
That’s how you use ClickFunnels with Facebook Ads.
It’s so simple once it’s set up, but it takes a bit of work to get going. All it takes is a small-time investment in how to use it effectively, and then you’ll be making a ton of money!
